Sheriff Paul Blackman’s goal is to greatly increase communication with the public. We rely on the people we serve to keep us informed, and they should expect the same from their sheriff’s office. With that in mind, the HCSO has increased its online presence, adding Twitter and Instagram accounts and increasing the frequency and depth of Facebook posts.

Increased communication helps citizens keep up with what is happening in their community and also gives them a better knowledge of the ways the sheriff’s office protects them. If you see something that you think the HCSO should know about, email Scott at rdressel@highlandssheriff.org.
